The award, which was based on the input of more than 15,000 registered members of the website, was announced on July 4, 2007. Eclectic dishes prepared by a team of talented chefs make Mythos Restaurant a cut above the usual theme park restaurant. Overlooking Islands of Adventure 'inland sea,' Mythos specializes in 'fresh, contemporary cuisine,' as well as burgers, pizzas and salad. A full bar and wine selection are available. Mythos also features a childrens menu with burgers, chicken fingers, pizza and pasta. Mythos is open daily for lunch and dinner. Reservations are accepted. Mythos is located within Islands of Adventures Lost Continent, which boasts such attractions as Dueling Dragons roller coasters, The Eighth Voyage of Sindbad, The Flying Unicorn and Poseidons Fury. Other dining opportunities at The Lost Continent include Alchemy Bar, Enchanted Oak Tavern, Fire-Eaters Grill and Frozen Desert.
